Health related issues:

If you have high blood pressure and the use of Epinephrine is contraindicated, then laser treatment is for you.
If you are on anticoagulant or take aspirin every day and your MD does not want you to stop them, then laser treatment is beneficial because of the reduced chance of bleeding during treatment.
If you are allergic or hypersensitive to Epinephrine, causing rapid heartbeat whenever you get Novocain, then the use of laser treatments beneficial, since Epinephrine is not necessary to be used.

Laser contouring is an advanced method for shaping and changing the gum tissue around the teeth to create an esthetic and pleasing shape for your smile. Laser Melanin Removal

Gum discoloration can occur for several reasons. Commonly, people with darker complexions may be prone to a natural buildup of melanin in their gum tissue. These dark spots can cause an undesirable appearance to otherwise beautiful, pink gums.

Conventional treatments include the use of burs or scalpels to remove pigmentation of gum tissue which leads post operative discomfort, pain and needs a long healing time

The basis of this treatment is that by removing the bacterial component of the pocket by sterilizing it with our laser the first Waterlase MD Turbo in the Middle East, cleaning the tooth root of all debris, stimulating the surrounding bone and closing the pocket with a blood clot. At this point, the stage is set for the body to heal the area much as our skin heals a cut or scrape.

The pocket remains mostly closed and slowly the underlying bone and connective tissue rebuild and strengthen the tooth. The procedure is short and painless! No Surgery, No Scalpel, No Sutures, No Bleeding!

• A. Perio probe indicates excessive pocket depth
• B. Laser light kills bacteria and diseased tissue
• C. Ultrasonic scaler and special hand instruments are used to remove surface tartar.
• D. Laser finishes cleaning and sterilizing pocket which aids in sealing the pocket closed so new germs cannot enter.
• E. Reattachment of connective tissue to the clean root surface, with a stable fibrin clot and gingival crest to create a "closed system."
• F. Bite trauma is adjusted.
• G. New attachment is regenerated. New bone and ligament is formed and healing occurs.
